BC547A Working Principle:

This NPN type transistor is constructed with three pins such as emitter, base and collector. In the internal structure of BC547A transistor, an emitter is connected to the base with an internal resistor and then the collector is connected with the base with some resistance. So, a separating P-N junction diode is formed between the emitter and base. When the current flows through the emitter and base in the forward direction, then base-emitter diode gets forward biased. When the base-emitter P-N junction gets forward biased, some amount of minority charge carriers are injected into the base region. This forwarded biased injects the electrons into the base region from the emitter region. So, the number of electrons in the base becomes high which makes forward bias current. As a result, the collector-base voltage and collector current increases. In this way, the BC547A transistor achieves amplification.
