BCP68T1G

BCP68T1G is a high voltage, high-speed NPN general-purpose silicon avalanche power BJT transistor. It belongs to the Single Bipolar (BJT) transistor category. When the Base terminal is forward biased, the junctions between the emitter and the base will open and electrons will flow from the emitter to the collector. This is known as “Saturation” condition or “Forward Bias”.
