The BD241TU is a type of silicon epitaxial-base NPN transistor. This type of transistor is one of the most widely used and is part of the bipolar junction transistor (BJT) family. In terms of its application field, the BD241TU is a general purpose low-power driving transistor, commonly employed in switching and amplifier circuits. It is able to achieve high power dissipation, high gain and low saturation voltage.
