Within the optoisolator family, the CNY17-3M-V is a three-pin transistor photovoltaic output optoisolator which serves to provide electrical isolation and physically separate two distinct circuits while guaranteeing data and signal integrity. This unit is designed as a high-speed and high isolation design which combines infrared emitting diodes with integrated phototransistors to guarantee optimal safety and performance.
