CNY17F23SD optoisolator is a 6-pin dual-in-line package optoisolator (transistor, photovoltaic output) used for various isolation and switching applications. This optoisolator has two independent, isolation circuits consisting of a triggered LED, optically coupled to a photovoltaic cell. The electrical isolation between input and output is guaranteed by the physical isolation of the LED and photovoltaic cell. It is both reliable and robust even in harsh environments.

The CNY17F23SD optoisolator is characterized by a wide forward voltage range of 8–20 V working current between 5 mA and 35 mA. It also features a high voltage load capability between 5 V and 33 V. The input and output circuits are through-plugged and tightly sealed to prevent direct physical contact. The structure also allows for improved contact and durability.
