The CY7C65630-56LTXCT is a member of Cypress\'s programmable system level IC family, and is a non-volatile flexible serial peripheral interface controller. This is a versatile and cost-effective serial interface device for high-performance data storage and processor-based serial interfaces. This integrated device is compatible with CISC, RISC and DSP controllers, as well as a variety of embedded microcontrollers and FPGA implementations.
This device includes 16-bit single-channel and four-channel flexible peripherals, including seven universal asynchronous receiver and transmitter (UART) blocks, six bidirectional UART (USART) blocks, two full-duplex synchronous serial ports (SSI) and two half-duplex SSI ports, each capable of supporting 5.25Mbaud per channel. The integrated device also supports a variety of communication protocols and baud rates to fit a wide range of systems.
