The DG211CJ is a single-pole/single-throw (SPST) CMOS analog switch/multiplexer with a bandwidth of 450 Mhz and fast disable response time (<10 ns). It is available in 6-pin SC-70 and SOIC-8 packages and can switch up to ± 10V. The DG211CJ is designed for applications where the cost and power of a traditional analog switch can be prohibitively expensive and power consuming.
The DG211CJ is a three-terminal switch with a single control input and two digital logic control inputs.
