The input N-channel MOSFET switch is capable of handling currents up to ±60mA and can be used with a wide range of input voltages (3V to 25V). The two-output configuration can provide two output signals of up to ±120mA and can be used with voltages up to 15V. The four-output configuration can provide four output signals of up to ±60mA and can be used with voltages up to 12V.
The DG213DJ can be operated in either manual (push-pull) or remote (analog control) modes. In manual mode, the input voltage is applied to the full device, whereas in remote mode, the control MOSFET is used to control the input voltage applied to the device.
