The DTC143EUAT106 is a single, pre-biased n-p-n bipolar junction transistor (BJT). It is designed to handle voltage up to 16V and has a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 6V. It is primarily used in cellular, automotive and other industrial applications requiring high reliability and high breakdown voltage. It is an excellent choice for power amplifier design and other general-purpose applications.

A bipolar junction transistor is a three terminal semiconductor device made up of three p-doped and n-doped regions. It works as a switch or amplifier of electric current.
