FAN23SV65 is a PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit), which provides optimized voltage regulation with high efficiency and improved power supply dynamic response. FAN23SV65 is a DC DC switching regulator, which uses pulse width modulation (PWM) control to regulate the output voltage. Unlike a linear regulator, which can only reduce the output voltage, a switching regulator can both raise and lower the output. It also has a much higher switching frequency than a linear regulator, and thus better power efficiency.
