The FAN2500S28X is a member of the Advanced Power Management (APM) family of Linear Voltage Regulators from Fairchild Semiconductor. It offers an adjustable output range from 0.8V to 28V with very high accuracy and low noise. The FAN2500S28X is also equipped with high power handling capability allowing higher output current than its competitors. Furthermore, it provides a free air die temperature up to 125°C, making it suitable for applications in harsh environments.

The FAN2500S28X is designed to provide higher current than other linear voltage regulators. It operates from an input voltage of 5V to 28V and delivers an accurate, low noise output.
