The FEBFAN23SV65-LVA-GEVB is an evaluation board for DC/DC & AC/DC (Off-Line) SMPS. This board is specifically designed to evaluate full-figured FAN6300 series SMPS and provide control, monitoring, and protection functions. The board is also equipped with a step output adjustment feature allowing the user to quickly and easily adjust the output voltage.
The board consists of two main sections: the power portion and the control portion. The power portion contains the primary power stage, rectification, output filtering, and stabilization circuitry. This board is designed to accept very different power sources. It can accept AC inputs ranging from 85 - 265VAC and DC inputs ranging from 45 - 380VDC. Additionally, the outputs can provide voltage levels between 25 - 55V and up to 4A of current.
The control portion of the board comprises components for power control, monitoring, and protection. A built-in step-control circuit operates on a low-voltage control signal to adjust the power output of the DC/DC & AC/DC (Off-Line) SMPS. This feature allows the user to adjust the output voltage of the power supply, providing greater flexibility in the design. Additionally, the board has an over-temperature protection circuit, over-current protection circuit, and over-voltage protection circuit.
