The FEBFAN6754WAMR_CP450V1 is a compact and variable-frequency current-mode power supply module, used to drive step-down DC-DC converters and ac-dc off-line switching power supplies. This device is available in an ultra-compact, highly integrated package, and is suitable for a wide range of applications. It also includes an integrated 150 kHz voltage-mode soft switching converter, an integrated fast-charging FET, and an integrated boot-strap diode.

FEBFAN6754WAMR_CP450V1 covers the range from 45 V to 450 V input voltage and delivers a maximum output power of up to 200 W. The integrated soft-switched converter allows for a wide range of output power levels and pulse-width modulation (PWM) frequencies.
