FEBFAN9611-S388V1-GEVB is an evaluation board specifically designed to provide easy evaluation of the SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply) features of the FCPC0711, FCPC0713, FCPC0717, FCPF1211, FCKE0611 and FCKE1011 Power Integrated Circuits. It is an ideal development platform for engineers evaluating the use of an efficient, low cost SMPS IC introduced by ON Semiconductor.

FEBFAN9611-S388V1-GEVB evaluation board is specifically created for applications including off-line power supply, like adapters, chargers, and power modules, where improved energy efficiency is a key requirement for such applications. The evaluation board specifically promotes the usability of the versatile, energy efficient solutions provided by the Power Integrated Circuit family of the FCPC0711, FCPC0713, FCPC0717, FCPF1211, FCKE0611 and FCKE1011 ICs.

The key features of the board include a drop-in power integrated circuit, an integrated power supply, an integrated thermal management solution and protection from overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature and short-circuit conditions. The board also features an onboard pre-programmed ON Semiconductor FlashPro programmer and two 2x20 SPI interface headers for in-circuit programming.

The working principle of the FEBFAN9611-S388V1-GEVB evaluation board is that it offers simple evaluation of the SMPS features of the FCPC0711, FCPC0713, FCPC0717, FCPF1211, FCKE0611 and FCKE1011 Power Integrated Circuits.
