GTL2010BS,118 is a low cost,1.8V/2.5V CMOS logic-level translator and level shifter. It is powered by a single 1.8V or 2.5V supply, and compatible with several logic families including CMOS, TTL, LVTTL, LVCMOS, SSTL2, HSTL and LVPECL logic. This device has a typical power consumption of 2.5mW, and its operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to 85℃.
The GTL2010BS,118 is designed to safely and efficiently translate between 1.8V and 2.5V logic families. Its output stage is capable of driving a 50 Ohm transmission line up to hundreds of millimeters in length. This level shifter also offers excellent signal integrity by maintaining the lower of two output stage differential voltage levels at 1.8V.
The GTL2010BS,118 is designed to provide a single logic level translation between input and output logic levels as well as a simultaneous switched output at the same logic level.
