The HMC929LP4E is an RF Misc ICs and Modules device produced by Hittite Microwave Corporation. The HMC929LP4E utilizes a high-performance differential oscillator and amplifier architecture. This design combines the advantages of low phase noise and low distortion circuit topologies for the most flexible and high-performance integrated phase-shift solution available. The phase-shift accuracy is excellent, with ±7° maximum peak-to-peak linearity error over the temperature range of -55°C to +85°C. Its typical group delay is 0.5 ns, with a maximum of 1.2 ns, and its typical insertion loss in the passband is down 5 dB.
The HMC929LP4E can operate from a single voltage supply from 1.8V to 3.3V with a current consumption less than 25 mA. It offers a low VCON offset voltage for a minimum potential gradient, VCON offset voltage is typically 0.2 V. The device is immune to supply voltage and temperature variances, so performance is consistent across a variety of operating conditions. Additionally, it has ESD protection structures built-in, making it highly reliable.
