This product has an ultra-fast response time of 20nS, a high isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms, and it is RoHS compliant. It also features wide operating temperatures from -40° to +120° C, and its dual channels allow for bi-directional and independent switching.Working Principle of IL4116-X001The IL4116-X001 contains two channels, each composed of a light-emitting diode, a phototransistor, and a Triac/SCR output. The light-emitting diode is an infrared LED, which provides a signal to the phototransistor when excited by the application\'s control voltage. This signal is then amplified and received by the phototransistor, which then triggers the SCR output. When sufficient control voltage is supplied to the diode, it will cause it to emit a short burst of light, which will activate the SCR in the output stage.
