IPSAT-G1003-5 pressure transducer is a precise monolithic capacitive pressure sensor, which is designed for industrial applications. It adopts a sealed piston structure, the sensing element is a micro-machine processed of silicon, it is widely used in automation system, electronic instruments and mobile communication products etc.

Structure & Working Principle

The IPSAT-G1003-5 pressure sensor is composed of a metal diaphragm and a sensing element. When the pressure in external cavity changes, it will cause the diaphragms displacement, and the capacitance of sensing element will also changed correspondingly. The sensor adopts integrated intelligent temperature compensation technology, MEMS technology, and advanced engineering plastics and rubber materials.

Using advanced production technology and quality control system, pressure transducer achieves precise and ideal measurement results with small and medium nonlinearity, high repeatability and excellent temperature compensation. IPSAT-G1003-5 pressure transducer has a measurement accuracy of ±0.2%. The maximum compensated pressure range of the standard product is -1KPa to 40KPa, the output is 4-20mA current signal.
