Application Fields

Working Principle

The work of ISL61863HCRZ is to monitor current, provide overload protection and control inrush current. It works by using the voltage drop across an external MOSFET switch to detect current. Meanwhile, when the switch is off, it will maintain a pre-selected voltage on the output. Thanks to the 10mV overcurrent threshold accuracy and its adjustable current threshold, this device is able to provide accurate current control.
