ISL6596IRZ is an enhanced high-side gate driver IC with integrated power MOSFET, designed to handle the high peak current requirements encountered in half and full-bridge applications such as DC/DC converters, bipolar and full-bridge motor drivers, etc. Typical application fields include power supplies, motor drives, battery management and load switch. By integrating internal control logic, the device is suitable for general-purpose AC/DC power supplies, as well as synchronous, resonant and isolated power converters.

The device contains one internal power MOSFET, capable of driving a wide range of external high-side power MOSFETs paired with an internal control logic.
