Application Field

Working principle

The ISL6613AIBZ works with two voltage/current-mode synchronous buck pre-drivers, producing two 125mA valley current modes and featuring fast output slew rate of 25 V/ns. The pre-drivers are biased by internal logic and external resistors, without the need for an external control voltage for bias. Full flexibility for adaption to any buck application need is thus available.

The ISL6613AIBZ has a fault detection system that is activated by output error conditions or undershoot or overshoot faults. It also features an under-voltage lock-out (UVLO) system. This subsequently shuts down the device, stopping the outputs from conducting at low input voltages or under a short circuit condition. Moreover, the output drivers are designed for a faster pull-up/pull-down performance and feature a driving circuit for better EMI performance.
