RF transceiver modules provide a single chip radio solution for low power wireless standards such as IEEE 802.15.4 (Zigbee/Thread), Proprietary, LoRa/LoRaWAN and Sub-GHz. JN5168-001-M05Z is a single-chip Zigbee EZSP2.0 PRO/RF4CE Zigbee transceiver module from NXP that combines a 8051 microprocessor with an RF transceiver to create a low-power system-on-chip (SoC) solution. The module has an embedded MAC layer to support both raw-mode frame transmission and full stack implementation.
