The RF Transceiver ICs have been widely used in a lot of electronic devices due to its low power and high performance. JN5148/J01,518 is one of the most advanced IC’s in the RF Transceiver ICs family. It is a single-chip wireless transceiver with the powerful features of ultra-low power, ultra-low cost and ultra-small form factor.

JN5148/J01,518 is a highly integrated system-on-chip (SoC), including a 32-bit Microcontroller Unit (MCU), memory, high performance 2.4GHz radio, low power Timers and a built-in capacitive touch sensor controller. The radio based on IEEE 802.15.4-2006 (ZigBeeTM compliant) protocol supports a number of features such as ultra-low power consumption, automatic power control, low latency, high data rate, better security and reliable communication links. The MCU is based on ARM7TDMI, and can support a wide range of low-power applications.
