KSC3488OBU is a PNP Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) designed for use in a variety of applications. It is composed of a combination of two p-type and n-type semiconductors, which when combined, form a PN junction. This PN junction is made of two small, closely linked zones with differing levels of electricity, separated by a small gap. This allows the transistor to control small current flows from one region to the other, which is its primary function. The KSC3488OBU is capable of handling up to 200 milliamps of current with a maximum collector to emitter voltage of -20 Volts DC intented for use with low power applications.
