The KSC388CYTA is a type of single-diffused, epitaxial-base, NPN silicon transistor manufactured by Korea Electronics (KEC). It is primarily used for audio frequency amplification, switching and motor control applications. This device features a high current gain (hFE) of at least 1500, a high breakdown voltage of at least 30V, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +200°C. The KSC388CYTA is a three-layer bipolar junction transistor (BJT) device, consisting of an emitter, a base, and a collector.
