The LM25018MRFBEV device is a high-efficiency, high-frequency DC/DC converter designed to operate over a wide input voltage range, and is capable of delivering up to 4A of output current over its wide output voltage range.</div><div><br></div><div>The LM25018MRFBEV device utilizes a patented approach for combining a buck and an inverter onto a single integrated circuit, resulting in a high-density off-line DC/DC converter with an incredibly simple control scheme.
