These devices can drive Gate capacitances up to 500nF, allowing them to drive high-power MOSFETs in demanding applications. Additionally, these devices feature a low-power sleep or shutdown mode, making them ideal for space-constrained, battery-powered applications. The LM25101BSDX/NOPB are designed to provide excellent gate driver performance and are compliant with the IEC 61000-3-2 standard, allowing them to operate in noisy industrial environments. These gate drivers provide excellent transient protection, preventing false triggering and latch-up of the devices. On buck boost mode, the devices provide a positive output voltage sweep and a negative output voltage sweep to drive low-side and high-side IGBTs respectively. On frequency folding mode, the devices provide a repeating waveform with a fixed output frequency to drive IGBTs.
