Introduction

LM2991 is a monolithic integrated application specific circuit designed for the micro-wave (MW) applications. It provides reliable and highly efficient regulation of power supplies and provides power-level protection along with the circuits common ground connection. Combining the high performance protection circuits, robust boost and switching regulators, fast transient response and low power consumption, it is designed to meet the specific requirements of modern MW applications.
