The LM5041SDX/NOPB is a high performance switching controller designed for the cost-sensitive applications.

It is a monolithic step-down DC-DC switching charge pump with integrated low on-resistance N-MOSFET switch. The LM5041SDX/NOPB is capable of delivering up to 5A of output current with excellent line and load regulation. The switching frequency is programmed with a resistor and is internally set to 500kHz.

With the integration of the low on-resistance P-MOSFET, very low current losses are expected. The operating temperature range of the LM5041SDX/NOPB is from -40 to 125℃, while the ambient temperature range is from -35 to 85℃.
