The LM5025MTC is a highly integrated monolithic offline switching regulator for cost effective industrial and consumer applications. It operates from an input source of 5V to 75V and is capable of providing output voltages from 1V to 400V and providing up to 1.5A of current. In active clamping mode, the LM5025MTC uses two synchronous rectifiers and actively clamps the output voltage to keep it constant. The LM5025MTC features a wide range of protection functions, including over-current protection, over-voltage protection, soft-start, and dead time protection. It also includes an integrated linear regulator which can be used to power auxiliary circuits.
