The LM9040M/NOPB is a wide, 675kHz bandwidth, fully differential ADC driver specifically designed for providing the digital interface the high sampling rate, fully supported A/D or D/A converters require. The device is ideal for “on-the-fly” sampling applications such as ultrasound, medical imaging, video and audio as well as consumer and automotive audio, video and broadcast applications.

An application-specific integrated circuit, the LM9040M/NOPB integrates several active components, including high-voltage BJT differential amplifiers, voltage references, switched-capacitor converters and unique control logic and voltage protection. This IC’s output current is dynamically adjustable from 30mA to 260mA and its output impedance is typically 9ohm. Additionally, the device’s output voltage range is –VSENSE to +VSENSE.
