The LM9061MX/NOPB is a 3A, high-current, low side, logic-level, non-inverting, HV Bootstrap Shoot-Through protection Gate Drive designed specifically for modern high power IGBT and power MOSFET transistors. This gate driver was designed with several innovative features to safeguard power FETs and MOSFETs from destructive shoot-through currents, short-circuit current limiting and a minimum gate resistance of less than 5 ohms.
