LM9076BMA-5.0/NOPB is a precision temperature-compensated voltage reference (VREF) IC belonging to the PMIC Voltage Regulators Linear family. The device is a 5.0V general purpose VREF IC with optional temperature compensation.The device has a low intrinsic temperature coefficients of 0.1ppm/°C to ensure stable and reliable VREF over the specified temperature range, which may be as high as 100°C. It also has a low line regulation and a fast 10ns settling time for wide range load current steps, making it suitable for applications where precision and accuracy is crucial and with stringent space and power requirements.Applications for the LM9076BMA-5.0/NOPB include applications requiring on-chip temperature compensation of voltage references, voltage tracking, precision power supplies and digital isolators.
