LYT4322E3, is a 4A Peak Powerstage Solution with Drive, protection, and MOSFET. This power module is intended to operate in loads up to 6A. It can satisfy power sequence requirements and current limit protection. The chip includes fast transitions between a constant current drive and a low rDS(on) drive, which is provided by a power LDO and a regulated charge pump.
