MAP4KE9.1CA Application Field and Working Principle

MAP4KE9.1CA is a form of Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) diode which is used to protect circuit boards from electrical transients. It is designed for the protection of Lines and Buses on vehicle powertrain applications.
