The MAX107ECS+ is a highly precise 17-bit successive approximation analog to digital converter (ADC). The device is designed for applications where very low noise and very accurate measurements are necessary. The converter is compatible with a wide range of single supply operation and input ranges, making it suitable for a variety of applications. The MAX107ECS+ supports operation from supply voltages of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and has a maximum resolution of 24 bit. The device provides digital output in both Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and Inter-Integrated Circuit (I2C) formats.

The input range of the MAX107ECS+ is 0V to VREF, where VREF can be selected using a single-ended input OR a differential input.
