The MAX1090BEEI is a high-integrated, low-power, dual-channel sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It is designed to provide industry-leading accuracy, linearity and noise performance in a single die, while exceeding the latest requirements set out by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

The MAX1090BEEI is designed to sample signals at high speed desensitized by up to 14 bits resolution, and can operate up to a maximum input frequency of 1250Mz or 2 x 1250Mz depending on the configuration of the die. It supports a wide input voltage range of ±1V/VE, and offers excellent linearity and noise performance. It also integrates an input stage filter for anti-aliasing, a timing-dependent noise filter for enhanced resolution, and an internal temperature-compensated reference, simplifying external device requirements.
