MAX11150EUB+ is a precision, 10-bit delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter which is suitable for a wide range of data acquisition applications.

MAX11150EUB+ is a single-channel device that integrates an analog input multiplexer and a delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter. The device employs a low-power technique so that the conversion rate can be set from 100Hz to 55kHz. The device features 10-bit resolution, ultralow input bias current and high accuracy results. It is capable of operating from single 1.8V to 3.3V power supplies. It has a two-wire Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) communication port with an on-chip analog input multiplexer that allows user to multiplex up to 8 analog inputs using either I2C or SPI protocol.
