MAX132ENG+ is a voltage-to-digital converter with digital output interface. It is a 14 bit ADC with a 10 bit resolution for single-ended input signals, and has two reference pins for multi-ended input signals with up to 18 bit resolution. The device provides up to 50MHz sample rate through an integrated 10 bits successive approximation register (SAR) ADC. It has an internal 8-bit resolution in order to sample the reference pins in order to create a more accurate input signal. The MAX132ENG+ ADC has an integrated low-pass filter that allows it to filter out noise from the input signal and provides a better signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Additionally, the internal clock provides a stable sample rate for accurate measurements. MAX132ENG+ is suitable for various applications, such as sensor data acquisition, audio sampling, industrial control and monitoring, mobile communications, and data processing. The device is designed to operate at high speed with a minimum of power consumption.
