The MAX1771CSA includes a high-side power MOSFET gate driver that can drive a load up to 6A. It features an adjustable soft-start circuit, frequency synchronization, and internally generated slope compensation.Working Principle
The MAX1771CSA utilizes a conventional synchronous buck conversion circuit, consisting of a power stage, a control IC, and a feedback voltage reference (Vref). The power stage includes two MOSFETs.
