The device has an integrated CMOS Schmitt trigger andan ECL inverter that convert the high-voltage input signals tooutput signals with low voltage. This inverter is ideal for lowpower consumption and improved signal integrity over thelongest transmission lines.

The MAX3098EACEE+ level shifter featuresimproved ESD protection, enabling high-voltage interfacingand data transmission without the need for additional ESDprotection components.
