The MAX314LEUE+ is a high-speed, low-voltage, low-capacitance analog switch and multiplexer/demultiplexer device. Built on an advanced and low VCC Specification process (0.9V), this high-performance analog switch is designed to dramatically reduce power consumption in active mode, while providing excellent switch and high-speed multiplexer/demultiplexer performance. The MAX314LEUE+ is designed with two separate high-speed analog switch channels (A/B) and two 4:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer channels (M/N).

The MAX314LEUE+ can be used in virtually any analog system that requires a fast switching and multiplexing action. Some of the more common applications are in audio signal processing, signal tracking systems, analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters, signal routing, and switching sampling gates. The switch channels (A/B) can be used as single-pole and double-pole, single-throw and double-throw low on-resistance analog switches.
