The board includes solder jumpers, allowing users to configure the device for operation at 3-wire, 4-wire, 2-wire, and single-ended modes. In addition, additional thermistor models can be added to the device if desired.The MAX31865 EV kit has a built-in temperature sensor which is used to measure temperature in various conditions. The user can measure the accuracy and linearity errors due to temperature generated by the RTD.
