The MAX3223EETP+ is an RS-3221E solution in an ultra-small 2.5 x 2.5 x 0.75mm package. It combines a 300bps serial communication interface driver, receiver, and transceiver, providing a low power (20mA typical) and low voltage (3V-5.5V) solution for applications that are space and power-constrained.
The MAX3223EETP+ is tailored for RS-232 applications and is ideal for portable, wearable and low power battery-powered applications. It provides full-duplex communication with a wide range of baudrates, from 300 bps to 921.6 kbps, and is fully compliant with the TIA/EIA-232, V.24 and V.28 interface standards.
