The MAX3225EUP+ is an industrial grade, ultra-low power, digitally enhanced, quad-channel RS485/RS422 transceiver. It features a wide-range of operating voltages, low supply current, high data rates, enhanced slew rate control, a power-down mode, and 10Mbps data signaling rate on a single wire.

The MAX3225EUP+ is designed to meet or exceed all of the requirements for industrial use applications, such as process control and general industrial automation. The transceiver has been designed to provide excellent RS485/RS422 signal integrity, with an intrasystem noise immunity of up to 10V. In addition, the transceiver can also be used in outdoor applications, as it offers a wide operating temperature range and enhanced transient and surge protection.

The MAX3225EUP+ has a unique, proprietary digital logic circuit that is used to provide enhanced communication reliability over a wide temperature range.
