The MAX333ACUP+ is an interface-level analog switch, multiplexer, and demultiplexer that offers excellent high frequency and AC performance, low power consumption, wide dynamic range, and low leakage and loading. It features high-performance CMOS logic and switch circuits for improved performance and efficiency in analog applications. It is widely used in applications such as instrumentation, communications, medical testing, audio and video equipment, and automotive and industrial automation.  The MAX333ACUP+ can be used as a multiplexer and demultiplexer for analog signals, providing switching for up to 16 signals in both directions with low insertion loss and low ON resistance.

The MAX333ACUP+ is composed of five functional blocks: an output buffer amplifier, a CMOS logic circuit, an analog switch, a multiplexer, and a demultiplexer. The output buffer amplifier boosts the signal before it is applied to the CMOS logic circuit. The CMOS logic circuit provides the control signals that determine which of the inputs is selected by the analog switch and multiplexer/demultiplexer. The analog switch and multiplexer/demultiplexer select the desired signals and route them to the output. The multiplexer/demultiplexer has 16 input channels and one output, allowing for the selection and integration of multiple signals into one. The MAX333ACUP+ has hysteresis at the inputs to prevent noises from affecting the performance of the device.

The MAX333ACUP+ offers excellent AC performance and a wide dynamic range. It is capable of operating at frequencies up to 50 MHz with a low input capacitance.
