MAX3441EEPA+ is a multi-channel, low-voltage, high-speed, enhanced RS-232 transceivers with auto flow control features.It consists of three separate functions of the transceiver, namely the transmitter, receiver and the control function .The transmitter driver provides 10mA of current drive at 3-3.6V supply voltages, while the built-in flow control circuit automatically deactivates the transmitter underflow conditions. The receiver is capable of operation from±15V and recovers data rates up to 250Kbps.
The MAX3441EEPA+ transceiver is pin compatible with MAX3442 and provides increased data rate capabilities, enhanced noise protection and enhanced slew rate performance over solutions contained in a single package.It is qualified to industrial temperature range and is available in 8-pin SOIC packages, making it an ideal choice for harsh-temperature environments such as automotive and industrial applications.
