Working Principle of MAX5035CASA+T

MAX5035CASA+T utilizes the synchronous buck topology. This type of topology is the most popular way to switch dc power in both medium- and low-power portable electronics. In this topology, the MOSFET switch is placed in the center and control is managed by sensing the voltage between the input voltage and the output voltage. When the voltage difference is smaller than a certain level, the switch is turned off, and the output is regulated by the inductor controlling the current in its current loop.

The MAX5035CASA+T incorporates several control and protection features to ensure high-performance operation and safety operation.
