The MIC5264-MKYML EV is part of a series of evaluation boards for use in determining the performance of power supply solutions such as linear voltage regulators. It provides a comprehensive set of components along with on-board software for instrumentation and analysis to help engineers evaluate their designs quickly and accurately. It also features low power consumption and robustness for applications in both high-voltage and low-voltage systems.

The MIC5264-MKYML EV utilises a three-phase power supply and precision converter to provide an output voltage of up to 24V, with a minimum output ripple of 20V suitable for high-voltage applications. The efficiency of the board is also improved by a low temperature coefficient that is suitable for temperature-sensitive circuitry, such as biomedical and military. The board is also self-protected against open or shorted loads, allowing for effective testing of new device designs.

The evaluation board contains on-board software for configuring its components and for running in-system tests.
