MLCE75A is a three-terminal silicon avalanche junction type transient voltage suppressor. Compared with other similar devices on the market, the MLCE75A has a higher operating rating and a higher surge capability, making it suitable for high operating temperature requirements. It is a commonly used TVS (transient voltage suppressors) diode.

The MLCE75A can be applied in various electronic circuitry protection.
